Aaron Clements, MA- Executive Director

Aaron earned an MA in Human Services Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family. Aaron also has a BA in Christian School Education as well as an Associates in Theology.  He has a variety of experience working in the behavioral health field providing assistance to children and families, including working as a regional clinician with the Bring the Kids Home project. Aaron has completed the Foraker Certificate in Nonprofit Management offered by the Foraker Group and the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Additionally, Aaron has completed the Foraker Group Nonprofit Executive Leadership Initiative certificate.


Kristina Summers – Finance Manager

 Kristina grew up in the Mat-Su Valley. She has more than 11 years of experience in accounting and office management in the wholesale, construction, technical services, and oil and gas industries. She has excelled in both small and large corporations.


Allen J Blair, PsyD, LPC- Clinical Director

Allen earned a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology at Alaska Pacific University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Allen has 17 years of combined clinical and counseling work experience to include child/youth and family behavioral health clinic treatment, in-patient treatment, residential psychiatric treatment and private practice. Academia experience includes presentations of, “An Alaskan Transition System for Improving Outcomes of Youth and Young Adults in Community and Rural Settings: TIP Model Implementation & Sustainability”, Georgetown Training Institutes; Forensic Assessment; and The Neurobiology of Instrumental and Impulsive Aggression.


Danielle Atkinson- Intake Coordinator & Billing Specialist

Danielle graduated from Burchell High School and worked for CoDI as a coordinator for the State of Alaska, Department of Public Health Pregnancy Prevention Project. Danielle previously was the office assistant for CoDI.
