Randy Moss - Chief Executive Officer


An Alaska transplant from Utah, he first practiced in Nome, Alaska as the Director of Behavioral Health Services for Norton Sound Health Corporation. He moved to Palmer in 2000 and started CoDI and a private consulting and therapy practice. He guided CoDI from a local training group to a statewide technical support and model program for state programs. Dr. Moss provides trainings and conference presentations nationally and across the state. He also provides supervision and technical advice to make our system of care more user friendly and complete. Dr. Moss enjoys supporting our community and our families. A licensed Psychologist, Dr. Moss received his education from University of Utah and BYU. He is a nationally certified substance abuse professional with training in Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders and Co-Occurring Disorders. A specialist in dual diagnosis and complex case, Dr. Moss supports the work of CoDI with sound research based information.

 

Kristi Campbell - Director of Business and Human Resources

 

Debbie Bowles - Accounting and HR Specialist

Debbie brings over 20 years of office and customer service experience to the CoDI team. Her background includes working as a Service Provider with disabled children, foster parenting, and working in telecommunications.

 

Nancy Wininger-Sellers - Care Coordinator

Nancy grew up in Alaska and received her Masters in Community Counseling at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio Texas. Nancy has spent nine years in this field and has worked in therapeutic courts, as a clinical therapist, case management, and care coordinator.

 

Jennifer Payton  - BTKH Program Manager

Jennifer Payton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years experience working in social services. Her background includes community mental health, private practice, school counseling, as well as adoption studies. She is currently Director of the Bring The Kids Home Program, and is responsible for implementation of the program and supervision in the Mat-Su and Kenai service areas. 

 

McKenna France – Training Coordinator

McKenna earned a Bachelors in Human Services with an emphasis in Youth and Families from the University of Alaska Anchorage after attaining two Associate degrees.  McKenna has a variety of experience working in the behavioral health field providing assistance to individuals and families.

 

Heather Fullmer - Care Coordinator Associate

Heather grew up in Arizona but has been in Alaska since 1984.  She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University.  She enjoys doing anything outdoors and spending time with her family.

 

Charlene Hansen-Dullum- Regional Care Coordinator Associate

Charly is a lifelong Alaskan, born and raised on the Kenai Peninsula. She has been an Advocate for children who experience disabilities and for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Charly has a Associate and Bachelor degrees in Human Services, has a certificate in Conflict Resolution, and is working on her Masters degree in Social Work. 

 

 Judy Cordell – Chief Operations Officer

Judy Cordell, M.S., is credentialed as a Licensed Psychological Associate with over twenty five years of experience working in the social services arena for the benefit of Alaskan children and families.  Ms. Cordell is currently working for CoDI as the Chief Operations Officer, where she is primarily responsible for evaluation, implementation and administration of various CoDI projects. 

 

 Jackie Cox -Strengthening Families Director

Jackie Cox is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 30 years experience in education, counseling, and training for professional staff development and counselor certification. She is currently the coordinator for the Strengthening Families Program and a trainer for professional counselors at CoDI.

 

Cory Degregorio – Care Coordinator Associate

Cory was born and raised in the valley, but spent her high school years in Central Oregon and quickly returned to Alaska to obtain two Associate Degrees, one in psychology and one in Medical Coding and Billing. After spending a few years working in a neuropsychology testing office in Anchorage she moved back to the valley and is excited to be a part of CoDI assisting families and bringing kids back home to the valley.

 

Michelle LaChance – Care Coordinator

Michelle was raised in the Mat-Su Valley.  She has an undergraduate degree in Human Services then received a Masters in Social Work from University of Alaska-Anchorage.  Michelle has been an Advocate for children with disabilities and a Clinical Therapist with an interest in children with Autism.

 

Aaron Clements – Care Coordinator

Aaron Clements has earned an MA in Human Services Counseling with a Specialization in Marriage and Family and has a variety of experience working in the behavioral health field providing assistance to families. He and his incredible family recently moved to Alaska for a new, exciting adventure.
