CoDI is dedicated to providing youth and families with collaborative evidence-based integrated behavioral health services.
The Alaska Center for Rural Health-Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) is excited to announce the launching of the Phase I functionality of the Alaska CACHE: a Clearinghouse for Alaska’s Continuing Health Education website. YOUTH INTEGRATED COMMUNITY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINIC
CoDI provides a fully array of behavioral health services for youth (ages 3 to 21), and families to include youth integrated behavioral health assessment, youth diagnosis and treatment planning, youth individual therapy, youth and family educational and therapy groups, and family therapy. The CoDI integrated behavioral health clinic is open between 8 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for a services screening and referrals. CoDI accepts insurance to iinclude Medicaid and offers a sliding fee scale. For more information please contact Aaron Clements, CoDI Screening & Intake Clinician.
YOUTH SCHOOL-BASED SERVICES
CoDI School-Based Services include:
NONMARITAL TEEN PREGNANCY PREVENTION: A State of Alaska, Department of Public Health Non-Marital Pregnancy Prevention grant.: This outcome-based program implements an evidence-based Safer Choices curriculum for the purpose of pregnancy prevention. Peer Educators implement this curriculum in Mat-Su Borough School District Schools.
SUICIDE PREVENTION: A U.S. Department of Education funded grant via a Mat-Su Borough School District Contract: This funding is provided to CoDI for the purpose of providing youth suicide prevention. These services are provided primarly via education, training, and outreach to youth attending Burchell and Pathways schools.

Parenting with Love and Limits is a nationally recognized, evidence-based family skills training program that reduces youth problem behaviors, reduces substance abuse in children, improves school performance, and strengthens family bonds.
