Our Programs

HOW CAN CoDI HELP ME?

CoDI can provide Care Management.  This means that we can help you to access services that best fit your child and family.  We can help you understand what is happening.  CoDI works for and with your family.

WHO DOES CoDI WORK WITH?

CoDI works with families that have children in residential treatment (in or out of state) or who are at risk for going to residential treatment due to mental health and behavioral issues.

WHAT SERVICES DOES CoDI PROVIDE?

CoDI provides parent skills training and a family support group.  We will help find the answers to questions about treatment and get you connected to community and family resources.  CoDI helps individuals and families with arrangements for treatment and contacting the providers.

WHAT SERVICES DOES CoDI NOT PROVIDE?

CoDI does not provide any counseling or ongoing therapy.  We do not provide Case Management (this will be provided by partner agencies).  CoDI will not offer family therapy.

WHAT CAN CoDI DO TO BRING MY KID HOME?

CoDI will work with your family and the residential treatment center to assist in coordinating services for your child so that there are services in place when they come home.  CoDI will request all of your child’s records and help new treatment providers understand your child’s strengths and what types of treatment have been the most successful.

WHAT CAN CoDI DO TO KEEP MY KID HOME?

We will work with you and local agencies to assist your family in getting services that will give your child the best chance of being able to stay at home.  We at CoDI understand that not all kids can be kept at home.
